Terms of Service

Effective: June 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website loadoutsys.com (the “Site”), operated by LOADOUT Systems LLC (“LOADOUT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a North Carolina limited liability company. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site

The Site provides information about LOADOUT’s products and lets you request a demo or contact us. Any LOADOUT product or service you later subscribe to is governed by a separate written agreement; these Terms cover the Site itself.

2. Demo requests and communications

Submitting a demo request does not create any obligation on either party until a separate agreement is signed. By submitting your information, you agree that we may contact you about LOADOUT by email, phone, or text.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, submitting false information, or using it to transmit spam or unlawful content.

4. Intellectual property

The LOADOUT name, logo, Site content, and software are owned by LOADOUT Systems LLC and protected by applicable law. ICON, EPIC, and other third-party brand names are the property of their respective owners and are referenced only for compatibility and descriptive purposes; their use does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOADOUT Systems LLC and its members, managers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOADOUT Systems LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
